Studio and virtual classes cancellation and refund policy: Classes are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached.
Cancellations are determined no later than 5 business days before the class starts and the refund amount can be used to book another class.
Art Party cancellations can be done up to 5 business days before the start. If Tree Art Studio or the student cancels a class, a workshop or an art party, the person will have the option to transfer the funds to sign-up for another class, as long as space is available, or receive a 100% refund.*

We do not seek to identify you unless you volunteer your personal details through one of the features on the website.
